RoofTake

Eight questions · about two minutes

Is it time for a new roof?

Answer eight questions about the roof you can see from the ground. You get a score, the reasons behind it, and an ordered list of what to do next. Nothing is stored and nothing is sent.

Common questions

Is this a roof inspection?

No. It is the set of questions a roof inspector asks before they get the ladder out. It tells you whether getting the ladder out is worth it.

Do you store my answers?

No. The quiz runs entirely in your browser and the answers never leave your device unless you separately fill in the contractor quote form.

How is the score calculated?

It is a simple additive model — each answer carries a fixed number of points, and the total is expressed out of 100. The whole scoring table is published on the methodology page so you can check it.

I scored low but I am sure there is damage.

Trust your eyes over an eight-question quiz. The score is a triage tool; a chalked test square counted by somebody on the roof is evidence.
